Here Turnstile is referring the small venues and their importance for artists starting out and developing their skills to advance to bigger stages eventually. As were venue liaisons it's our job to ensure the right spaces are used to give ourselves that experience. Therefore we need to ensure the right set ups are in place in the most ideal spaces. For example, the main room would be most appropriate for a stage set up for live performers whereas the second room with the big screen would be more useful for electronic musicians with visuals. Communicating these ideas with the venue is important to ensure we maximise the space to our advantage.

It is important to acknowledge the effort of working as a collective in order to ensure the event is successful. While we may all be great musicians it will take the efforts of all our wider skills in order to ensure the event goes well. As a team we need to ensure we all play our roles as best as we can and then we can pull together for a successful event.
